As the senior pastor of FMBC, Tim has a unique challenge of pastoring one church with four congregations. God has given Tim the desire to understand how to shake the nations for Jesus Christ. A veteran of 29 years in ministry, Tim and his wife Lynda have pastored churches in Texas and New York, served as Director of Church Planting for the Dallas Baptist Association and as a minister of missions in two congregations in the DFW area. He has co-authored a book with JV Thomas entitled "One Church: Many Congregations." Tim also serves currently as the Executive Director for a people group training organization called Great Commission Initiative. The goal of GCI is to train church planters, denominational workers and other strategists in the kinds of methodologies that result in church planting movements.
Mark wears many hats and works to bring a memorable worship experience as the music and worship leader. He also teaches our children music and drama on Wednesday nights. His style of music adds depth and excitement to the worship experience. Some have described it as soul with a touch of blues. He has a contemporary feel with an old spirit. He understands the importance of both hymns and contemporary praise songs.

Mangefeste is an enthusiastic pastor who really loves people and has a heart for God. Along with his wife, Marlene, they have been pastoring in Texas for more than 20 years. In addition to his role as Pastor, Hno. Mangefeste is also the Dean of el Instituto Biblico de Dallas Baptist Association.
Edwin is the pastor of First Sudanese Baptist Church. A Sudanese by birth, Edwin has been a resident of the United States for twelve years. He works to help start churches for the more than 10000 Sudanese here in Dallas, and has also been instrumental for helping us to plant churches among the Dinkas of Southern Sudan. He is a delight to be around, and along with his wife Beatrice have a passion for reaching their people for Christ.
